Review: Not a Whisper by Donna B McNicol

Not a WhisperNot a Whisper by Donna B. McNicol
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

What did you think was the most interesting part of the book? When Corey recollects the days before he was captured. In some ways, he admits defeat but uses his memories to stay alert. In some ways, it felt like Corey was giving up but if I were in his shoes, there's no saying what I would have done.
Formatting / Appearance. We received a pdf copy for discussion and review purposes. This is one of the most well-edited books we have read in a long time. There were no issues with formatting, editing or overall appearance of the book.
What did you enjoy about this book? The setting, Cherie and Jazz - that's what I liked the most. Very few authors are able to focus on plot and characters at the same time and give them equal attention. This author has done that and readers are given an entertaining read which you won't want to put down till you finish every page.

Disclosure - As a Quality Reads Book Club member, I received a free copy of this book from the author via Orangeberry Book Tours in exchange for my honest review.
