Cover. I like everything except the red tone in the cover. Although in many ways, this added to the horror element of the story.
List the characters and describe them. Kevin – a boy of 10; Kevin’s father – name unknown, local sheriff; Lorne – in jail for unknown reasons; Chester – brother to Lorne in jail for unknown reasons
Do any characters grow or change during the course of the novel? Kevin grows up a little and learns that bad stuff happen in a good world. His world is small and he learns that not everything is as it seems.
