My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Talk about specific passages that struck you as significant? Towards the end, when the author uses a simple passage on the fondness for a guitar to illustrate her point. It's something everyone can relate to.
What have you learned after reading this book? The correct usage of adverbs and how to avoid loading a paragraph with cliches with the usage of everyday examples.
What was the purpose of this book. To inform readers on how to improve their writing style and I recommend this book to any avid reader or those interested in polishing their craft.
Disclosure: I received a review copy of this book from the author.
